Located downhill and very close to the train station, the hotel boasts an incredible view of the mountain ridge to the northwest. We loved our room with a balcony and spacious bathroom. the staff were helpful and breakfast was satisfying. We appreciated the heated boot rack and sauna.
The hotel's kids' room needs to be controlled as it remains open at all times and parents leave their kids playing there from 6 am, disturbing other guests.

The hotel offered amazing breakfast with a wide variety of food to choose from. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and transportation. the mountain views from the hotel room were breathtaking and added to the overall experience.
the service at times felt cold and unfriendly, which was a bit of a letdown.

The location couldn't be better - just a short walk to the ski lifts and with breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good selection, including freshly baked goods and local treats. We also appreciated the sauna and steam room after a long day on the slopes.
The coffee didn't live up to our high standards and was a bit weak. some of the staff members seemed unhappy about new guests, which put a bit of a damper on our romantic getaway.
